A legacy

Today, the family owns 5 ha of vines in Champagne. Since 2011, Eric Petitjean, son of Michel, has ensured the development of Champagne Pol Cochet.

Imbued with twenty years of experience acquired at the Direction of the Oenological Institute of Champagne, he now offers a range of cuvées, each with its own character drawn from Chardonnay, present throughout the range, alone or blended with Pinot. Black.

Thanks to an appropriate dosage, the Pinot Noir reveals its roundness and elegance while the Chardonnay brings its touch of freshness and refinement.

The range of Champagne Pol Cochet has been embellished with a new certified organic cuvée, from Organic Farming.
