Grape Varieties:

Pinot Noir           100%

Winemarking:

The grapes are hand-picked at perfect maturity.

They are gradually pressed to prevent the juice being coloured by the skins of the Pinot Noir grapes.

Alcoholic fermentation is accomplished slowly in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats to preserve the unique characteristics of each parcel, followed by malolactic fermentation.

At disgorgement, a liqueur with a low dose of sugar (8 g/l) is added allowing this champagne to express all its personality.

Tasting notes:

This champagne, synonymous with pleasure, is composed only of Pinot Noir.

The pale pink dress is adorned with golden reflections.

The nose is dominated by subtle notes of red berries (raspberries, candied currants), complemented by floral hints of rose.

The palate is lively and refreshing, combining with intensity and roundness.

Tasting temperature: 8 to 10 ° C

Serving suggestions:

Ideal to accompany a summer aperitif, a meal, as well a red meat, a wild salmon, only with desserts with the flavors of red fruits.
