Grape Varieties:

Pinot Noir                                 60 %

Chardonnay                             40 %

Winemaking:

The grapes are hand-picked at optimum maturity.

They are gradually pressed to prevent the juice being coloured by the skins of the Pinot Noir grapes.

20 to 30% of reserve wines are integrated at the moment of blending, and the wine is then bottled and matured on racks for over 24 months.

The bottles are disgorged at least six months before leaving the cellar.

Tasting notes:

Composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, this cuvee ensures the perfect balance between freshness, finesse and structure.

The colour is a beautiful straw yellow.

The nose reveals delicately scents of white flowers (acacia, hawthorn) and summer fruits (white peach, apricot) with an evolution towards notes of morello cherries.

The palate, fresh and elegant, reveals hints of brioche and lemony notes.

Tasting temperature: 10 ° C

Serving suggestions:

To serve as an aperitif, a side dish with a cold starter or a lemon tart.
